Refund Policy

At Generative Intelligence, we are committed to delivering high-quality corporate creativity training. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our training Services.

2.1. Full Refund
A full refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation made more than 14 days before the scheduled training date

•  We cancel a training session and cannot reschedule at a mutually agreeable time

• We fail to deliver the Services as described in the service agreement

2.2. Partial Refund
A partial refund (50% of the total fee) may be issued for:

• Cancellation made between 7-14 days before the scheduled training date

• Training sessions that are partially delivered due to Client-caused interruptions

2.3. Non-Refundable
Refunds will not be issued for:

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date

• No-shows on the day of training

• Training sessions that have been fully delivered

• Change of mind after the training has commenced

•  Any fees for resources allocated or preparatory work already completed

Any digital Training Materials provided as part of our Services are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they are intangible digital goods.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@generativeintelligence.io with:

• Your company name and contact details

• The training program or session in question

• The reason for your refund request

• Supporting documentation (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days.

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

• We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider

If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
